BONLAB

Challenge: BONLAB wanted to update their website to be more user-friendly, informative, and transparent for the public.

Why: They lacked an accessible platform to explain services and engage their audience.

What: A bilingual, mobile-responsive website with clear service navigation, modern UI, and educational content.

How: We conducted a full UX/UI audit to identify existing pain points in navigation, usability, and accessibility. We then mapped out a user-first site structure, ensuring that all essential services were clearly categorized and easy to access. Content was written in both Dutch and English to ensure inclusivity and reach. We implemented custom informative visuals, and a clean, responsive layout to accommodate both mobile and desktop users.

The final result was a website that not only informs but builds trust through clarity, transparency, and usability.
